Today, Mark continues to oversee all of the agency's operations. His favorite part of working with Glass Thompson is the relationships that he has developed through the agency both with his clients and his coworkers.
He has two children, John and Laura, and in his free time Mark loves cycling and following politics. Mark is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture and grew up in Wolfe County near the Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park.
Tina is a lifelong resident of Metcalfe County. She first joined Glass Thompson in 1998, and left when she completed her Bachelors of Science from Western Kentucky University in 2002. However, she returned in 2016, and now manages the agency as well as handling personal lines. Tina’s favorite part of working in insurance is the variety of people she meets and works with every day.
Tina and her husband, Matt, have two sons, Luke and Isaac. When she's not working or keeping up with her boys’ busy schedules, Tina enjoys nothing more than sitting on the beach with a good book.
Commercial Account Manager
Melinda Cornell was the agency manager of the Roger Glass Agency until she and her agency joined Thompson Insurance to form Glass Thompson. After almost forty years in the insurance industry, Melinda's favorite part of working at Glass Thompson is the opportunity she has to help people every day through her work with business and Commercial policies.
On the weekends, Melinda can be found out with her horses, boating, spending time with family, or crafting her famous, hand-made cards which are adored by all who receive them. Although she rarely has the time, Melinda also loves to dance, and is an avid fan of the TV series Once Upon A Time.
